Skin cancer - melanoma

Skin cancer most often affects older people, and people with fair skin, sensitive to the sun. Also, people who have spent a large part of their lives exposed to the sun have a higher incidence of skin cancer.

If we recognize and detect it in time, skin cancer can be cured treated surgically, with radiotherapy or if it is a superficial type with ablative methods, in this way we prevent the occurrence of more serious and life-threatening complications.

Hence, it is important to regularly examine the skin and skin changes both by self-examinations and at the dermatologists manually, or in more complex situations with a digital dermatoscope.
