TYPES AND PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

The data controller collects personal data related to: employees, external collaborators, users of the basic activity of the data controller, business clients, board of directors

The processing manager processes your personal data provided in the contact form: name and surname, e-mail, attached findings of previous doctors and all the data they contain, attached photos, attached blood tests and all data that also contain other data in the contact forms.

The controller also processes your personal data, when it comes to online payment: name and surname, OIB, address, current account number and bank name, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address, information about your state of health, your religious beliefs , if they affect the method of treatment, medical procedures, dietary habits, etc.

Personal data is collected for the purpose of treatment, diagnosis, disease monitoring through innovative technology, online polyclinics, etc., for the purpose of entering into an Agreement, for the purpose of contacting, and all based on compliance/fulfillment of the legal obligations of the data controller, execution of contracts and obtained consents.

In principle, we delete your personal data when the purpose of personal data processing ceases, and at the latest after the expiration of all legal obligations related to the storage of personal data.

Personal data collected through the portal are stored in the system for the duration of the treatment or for the duration of the respondent's registration as a portal user, after which they are permanently deleted.

STORAGE PERIOD

Personal data is stored, archived and extracted in accordance with legal and other regulations or decisions or the general act of the Controller.

In principle, we delete your basic personal data after the expiration of all legal obligations related to the storage of personal data.

CONSENT MANAGEMENT

You can revoke your consent at any time. Likewise, you can object to our processing of your personal data at any time.

If you want to give your consent again, you can do it in the same way as when revoking it.
